• Spearheaded and organized adult education experiences including in-depth text study, movie discussions, meditation, ecumenical art history lessons, and experiential lessons in Jewish history

• Tended to pastoral needs of the congregants through one-on-one meetings and ministering to the sick

• Collaborated and contributed to writing a mental health toolkit for URJ congregations to make their communities more welcoming and free of stigma; the toolkit included relevant information, text studies, programming ideas, and sample sermons

• Wrote, organized and updated social action guides for congregations to use during the Jewish holidays including writing text studies on social justice issues and maintaining the data base for Jewish social justice programs

• Wrote essays for the RAC’s weblog about current policy issues 

• Lobbied and networked on behalf of the RAC to make progress in forwarding their legislative agenda on issues such as rights for the disabled and access to health care.
